Promotions at Asahi Kasei Plastics North America
Tom Hanvey and Yoko Tanaka move onto new positions.
Asahi Kasei Plastics North America (APNA) recently hired Tom Hanvey as their product manager for sustainability. Leveraging his nearly eight years of experience leading marketing for Asaclean Purging Compounds, Tom now oversees the product management of recycled resins and will work to implement sustainability initiatives in plastics. Currently an MBA candidate at the Kelley School of Business, he also co-chairs Asahi Kasei's North American Marketing Council.
Recently promoted to marketing manager at APNA, Yoko Tanaka now oversees all marketing activities for Asaclean Purging Compounds. A native of Japan, Yoko has spent eight productive years with Asahi Kasei, during which she's developed key strengths in data analysis, customer segmentation, lead generation, and trade show management.
