Custom 3D Printed Parts Made From Bio-based Elastomers
Erpro's custom part printing service will now offer Arkema's Pebax RNew elastomer.
Erpro 3D Factory has developed an integrated supply chain in Europe to produce custom parts made from Arkema’s bio-based elastomers using selective laser sintering technology.

Arkema’s Pebax Rnew elastomers are produced partially from castor beans and have been used in demanding applications including sport shoes, consumer electronics, and medical devices. According to Arkema, the material is lightweight and has good energy return properties, making it well suited or sport or medical applications. Most commonly, the materials are processed by injection or extrusion processes.
Parts will soon be available on the Easy3D platform, which allows customers to receive quotes and place orders for custom parts.
Since its founding in 1997, Erpro has printed more than 21 million parts, most of which has been made with polyamide 11 powder.
