Blown Film Lines Are Fully Customized

Started as a 50:50 joint venture between Mamata, India and Brampton Engineering, Canada, Mamata Extrusion Systems (MES) Pvt. Ltd. furnishes turnkey, customized blown film lines for monolayer to 9-layer barrier applications. The company says it has an installed base of more than 5,000 machines in more than 90 countries, including lines for bag and pouch making. Also among its product offerings are multilayer polyolefin-dedicated lines.
MES also supplies comprehensive product manuals that include all the information required to operate the machine. This manuals are available in both digital print format and print format, and are very informative as they use visuals as well as write-ups to explain the feature and function of a part. Manuals also contains mechanical parts details with drawings for ease of identification while ordering a spare parts.
